I am the owner of several pass request sites, I have developed a community base of over a million members. Between, forums, Irc and request lines.

I have recently posted a project on rent a coder in which I paid a 500 deposit to a individual to build a two tier program for the communitys I have developed. The Individual siad that the project would be completed in 2 months that was 5 months ago, I had been ripped. My stupidity it happens. I still would like to complete the project.

I have sample soucre code from a simular project and is based along the same lines as the project i would like to have done.

The source code I have is coded in delphi

The code I have can be Improved on and the framework is already completed.

Dosen't have tobe in Delphi, The framework I have from a simular program is written in that language. I can send it to you, and it would give you a general Idea of what I am Looking for. Thx for your response
