Actually, not everyone starts at his level. People usually start out programming small things like number guessing games, text games, small things like that. But maybe you're right. Maybe he does have more knowledge than the rest of us when we first started out, seeing how he is beginning his programming path in this day and age where they can just inject the information into your brain. They can do that, can't they?

what type of game is this? top down 2D adventure RPG would be a friendly start.

it would be nice if you could get a simple site up that had a more logical detialed idea about what is going on.

Very nice everyone lol but no, it isn't going to be 2D, it's going to be complete 3D like (if you've heard of them) Quake 4, Doom 3, maybe if we can get enough work done, the new Halo 3 graphics level, course we would spend a lot of work on it. I've done some stuff like this before with a friend on another project but we couldn't work together that well so we both have seperate agencies. For what we've got so far go to our forums, I should have the description so far posted.

can you show us what you did? as of now it sounds like total BS and we all know more than likely you wont beable to get some thing like qauke4 made by 7 ppl in 2 years. sure you can try and i wish you the best of luck, but dont put all your hopes on geting this game out. if you can make a game comparable to quake4 in the above peramiters i suggest you dont goto highschool and goto MIT for your CS Ph.D

I can't show you what I did unfortunatly which I'm sure doesn't help me with what you guys think. But, I am POSITIVE that I'm not going to meet your paramaters I am looking for a LOT more than 7 people, probably around 100-125 maybe more. Also, I have my description of what we've got so far. I'm sorry it sounds like BS as I re-read all of this I can see where you are coming from, but I assure you it isn't, just no proof which again probably and way most likely doesn't help improve my odds... and we're going to spend more than 2 years on it most likely I can tell ya that.
