Just a suggestion: try to get someone for 'graphix' that doesn't think red text on a black background is cool. That's just me, I know, but....

A more helpful suggestion (no dig intended, DaWei :p ): find out what the job is before you start interviewing.

Well ok if you want it specific we need a programmer to get our site to look better.

Go write your game idea(with pen(cil) and paper) before looking for people, creating your website. You aren't going to get anywhere this way. Also, you are probably just a young kid or young adult, meaning you will not be able to pay people. This game is going to be prettymuch all on you, so why not at least begin it.

Actually, we do have an idea and its good. Second, yes I am a kid, 13 actually but I am talented but dont have the resources to learn code. You need more than 1 programmer anyway. I know what I'm doing, thank you very much. Once we have enough programmers, a musician or two (still looking for some if you guys could do that too any of you), and some imagineers to help us with our ideas.

Yea I know the name is a little off, but that is the domain name. Like conforums.com is the place I'm using to host our forums right now, there is really no 'con' about it unless you count minimal graphix work a con, lol.
