Hello all I'am looking to create a text based rpg but i can't program. I'am looking for programmers that can dedicate a small amount of time to help me achieve this. If you think you can help me out please do tell me and i will be glad to let you work on it.

I doubt that anyone here is randomly going to help. My price is $1000, although I've seen some of the members here go as low as $999.98 and a sandwich. Why not pick up a book and learn to program. It's not that hard, really.

agreed, doesn't hurt to ask. try a pure linux forum where free programming isn't a new idea.

Whoa there... I think MJ thought this was a homework assignment or something. I would love to help, but I have too many fingers in too many pies right now. Or something like that (why people would dip their fingers in pies I'll never know).

I don't see anything wrong with MJ's post. He basically said, "I wanna program a game, but I can't program. Wanna do it for me?"
Could MJ have been nicer about? Sure, but there's a lot of validity to his post. Why would you take on a project you have no hopes of completing without first learning the skills to at least attempt to begin the project yourself? EDIT: lol, click me before replying
