problem
i went and downloaded pygame. when i downloaded it and try to instll it. it said there was no directory for it to install in. do i have to have some thing else on the computer before i can instll pygame?

PyGame normally installs itself into the Python folder. If you have Windows, it will be something like C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages\pygame
I guess you need at least the C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages part to get it going. That should be created during your Python installation.
