Usually, making sure all your source files have .c rather than .cpp extensions will do the trick. If not, check the project settings and compiler options. I've never had to do that, but I always start the new project out with the appropriately named files.

He is not the first person to tell you that, it is the last step from the Visual C++ Express Download page

Yeah I think it's recently added. The link you sent me to the PSDK page was new to me. I downloaded VC++ some time after xmas, and I would have seen it.
My source files are all .c so that's good. Still waiting for the downloads to fiinish for PSDK.
Would be so good to know how to do it in cygwim tho ... . In fact, I tried it on my newly-installed Fedora 5 yesterday, but I'm at school atm so I'll send you the errors that gave me soon, see if you can decipher them.

My apologies, the page could certainly have been changed.

Does no one know of anyone who may have heard of or used Maverik at all? Jst to see whether they can throw any more ideas around.

Get the stuff you're supposed to have to do what you want to do, then do it. You might have some esoteric problem, but the chances are you just haven't fulfilled the things asked of you. I could kill a chicken and stick it with a pin, but I really don't think that'll fix things.
