Lol.... That's funny. Crazy because I use Norton AV as well. Do you have a link to prove that? I'm just curious. When it comes to companies, it's probably slightly different as Symantec doesn't want to ruin there reputation with MS, after all, they are making a product that will run on a Microsoft operating system.

I don't care about it. I don't use it, I don't code for it.

It's 2.1% of my hits.

By your post you declare yourself a fool. Don't blame us for letting your secret out.

I honestly don't even begin to realize how people can stand to use it.

A lot of people use it because the *average* user doesn't know what IE actually is. They just call it the internet. People have to be informed about web browsers and other better ones like Firefox. A lot of people think downloading leads to viruses which makes them afraid to download something they are not familar with (i.e., Firefox or other web browsers). I converted my mom, uncle, and girlfriend from IE to Firefox and they wish I told them earlier. Once people realize what it is, they will begin to use it constantly. Firefox should be advertised a lot more.

I'm hoping that this is the best sarcastic remark I've seen the last few days...

I'm currently using Firefox just for the tabs, I'm hoping to step to Opera when they bring out version 9. That is, if they handle sites like gmail.com well.

heh. It seems IE is not an option for me anymore, since I have a Mac. But when it was an option, I did the best I could to avoid using it. I also hate it when I use it on other people's PC's. How can one of the largest companies in the world not have a decent browser?
