Maya videos

I've been looking online for some free maya tutorial videos. I searched Google and found nothing but non-free tutorials or ones you had to sell your soul just to get a glimpse of them. So does anybody know where I can find some free video tutorials for Maya? Thnx in advance.

Godzilla of the teapots I'd say.

@Nebula: Maya is a _very_ expensive tool, I don't think you're going to find any videos (if you didn't find them on google or msn search).

Nebula, is there any particular reason you're specifying Maya? I put my thread in the lounge because it isn't concerned (yet) with programming issues. Those will come at the end of the initial modelling phase. I'm addressing a number of problems, including tools and platforms. I plan to work with Flightgear as well as Flight Simulator. Because the subject didn't draw the interest I anticipated (given the number of questions here about games and graphics software), I made a specific Modelling and Graphic Design forum on my site. I plan to document my explorations in detail on web pages and carry on discussions and question/answer thangys in the forum. You're welcome to join and undertake discussion there, if you like. You'll find it virtually empty right now, as it's only a couple days old and only a couple of my friends have popped in. I plan to undertake the modelling WITH animation controls exposed to the game/sim engine, develop some viewing software of my own (just for grins), and probably develop some format converters.

What do you know, I did find something: first hit on msn search actually.
I don't have a lot of experience in the field of animation etc. But I'd like to know more about it, and hobby around with it in the future (probably further than my current aim).

www.3dbuzz.com

Is a great resource for all your everything in the 3d modeling work and the like, all of their content used to be free but I think they charge for it now.

It's very high quality stuff though, and you may still be able to get some of the videos for free.
