NCAA Bracket School Project
In my VB II class we are beginning a harder project. It will be a generator that will calculate a NCAA bracket. I was wondering if you guys would have any ideas on this one, because it seems quite hard, and I'm not exactly sports-friendly.
The program works like this: 1. The form has lines that resemble the lines on the bracket. They each have labels above them to hold the various teams. 2. The program would generate random wins or losses based on the team's seed in the bracket. It would then advance the winning team onto the next bracket. 3. The teacher suggested that we could use a two-dimensional array to hold the seed and team name, then compare them to other teams. Just wondering if you had any ideas about how I could do this.
