That statement is true. It doesn't require me to 'show' you the offer so 'you can take advantage of it'. You can believe me or not. relax man! You are the one who accoused me of thinking Visual Studio is a programming language! rellax man! If I didnt believe you, I wouldnt have asked you where you saw this at! I said it can be download for free to, the Express Edition but its not the same as the Visual Studio Professional which probably offers more than the Express Edition. King, the way you worded it does sound like you was saying that MS VS was a language. To someone who didnt know what you was talking about, they would think Hey I'm gonan learn Visual Studio. Thinking that it was a programming language.

Well, I would want a little info on simple things like the OS, Gui or non Gui, and whether or not you need a lot of speed these are things to take into account. Please remember also there is never just one way to do something I just can't say do this and do that learn this and you're done. If you can't program at all this is a big bite to chew. Now you talked about a database so I'd point you to the .Net framework(not a programming language but is supported by many languages from MS). Which language I'd say C# but you may go VB or something else.

There isn't any simple language to do this in.
All HLL will not work with databases. You will need PHP and SQL database.
Or Java (not javascript)
