cool interface looks in VB

i want to design cool interface looks as front end in visual basic..
so that the front end of my project look like most of the games (like EA NBA 2005 as this interface has coolest looks according to me).

what should i do to make it.

If internet is the base class and u would like to be the derived class by inheriting some of the methods, then you need to visit

http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/B...-vb-skins.html

http://www.skincrafter.com/

(if u are confused as to what did I mean...its just that .....the above websites have files that you can download and use it as skins for Visual Basic front-end design.)
What you need to remember that while making it look cool, the functionality should be 10 times robust and adhere to the needs of the problem.
