Programming team

Im looking for 1 - 3 coders/programmers who use c++ language. Reason, to become a code team, we will create tools for anything a teammate decides on. The point of this is so that we can all learn and teach eachother as a group and if one of us doesnt know whats going on then we can enlighten the others. I'm not looking for people who "want to learn" or "quick learners" im looking for people who recently started, but do know how to create a slightly more advanced program than hello world(lol) AT LEAST. I'm also not looking for veterans because most likely they will just leave us in the dust, which isn't the point of the team. So anyone who would like to meet with me just send me a pm with contact info, preferably aim or msn, and i will add you and then i will set up a meeting for the other 3/2 members and then we will start getting to know our co-teammates, since we will be a team hopefully for a while. Then we will quickly get down to business and discuss what we will do first. Thanks for reading.

If "recruiting" isnt allowed just let me know and ill change this topic into something else, since i have alot of questions, so far i have kept them in though because i don't want to get screamed at.. Anyways, I do have a website that we will be using to release our tools and there's forums aswell.

we dont really have a "range". If a member of the group has an idea, he/she will share it, the group discusses it and we will all say if we would like to do it or not, if the majority decides to do it then we will, if less than the majority decides, you can get together with the people who have agreed to help and then you can work with them. Also if you know someone who would like something programmed for a specific game or something, that is do-able as long as we agree once again. This group is mostly for experience and fun, not for money.. so there is no money involved in creating projects for people or eachother.

i'm probably around the skill level you are looking for, I might be interested. I have a couple of my own sideprojects that are going nowhere fast, but thats mostly just due to lack of motivation. I'd be interested in group projects. aim - sokercap

Ah, this sound interesting. I've been working with C++ for about 1 1/2, so I think I'm around the skill level that you're looking for.
Edit: Ouch, that was a bit late :/
