Whoa! Watch it with the case statement there buddy. That's a pretty enormous statement. If I were you, I'd look up a special set of macro's in windowsx.h called "Message Crackers," they can make your message processing feature look and feel infinately cleaner and better looking, and then you can even stuff them in a seperate source file and link them.

EDIT: Also, you should really watch it with the globals there too, because when you move into multi-threaded programming, global variable idiosyncrasies will invariably be the answer to the question of "Why is my program crashing/corrupting data?"

Yes, now the program saves only the chars that it needs so this will reduce the file size dramatically.

EDIT: thanks mad_guy, I reduced the size of that switch by almost 60% because I use a reource script for making dialog now.

Finally, I have done my project which one I was making a whole month! I am very proud of it and you should try it! For ones who can't or don't want to run it, there is a screen shot.

And here is the link of the executable:

P.S.: It is compiled under Win XP, with Dev-C++.

Thank you all.
It should be the final version but maybe if I find some time I will continue with that.

Anyone interested in the source? I will post it if you want it...
