Favorite Operating System

This post/poll is purley out of self-curiosity. I just am wondering where everybody stands as to what their favorite OS is, or which one they use.

I use Win.XP(the classic version) and i play around quite a bit with Vlos Linux(gnome desktop) and knoppix just to learn how to use them.
