Definitely JCreator, for Windows.

I use Netbeans, but more often just a straight text editor.

I use a text editor for web design, but I'm currently using the Visual Studio .NET IDE for VB and C++.

For windows JCreator without a doubt.
NetBeans seems to be the best bet for cross platform development. |

I use two IDEs a lot. I use JCreator and ProjectBuilder. JCreator would have to be my favorite though. For some reason I find myself using pico though. I think I just got used to it because I started in terminal.

Sorry for posting twice like this. But I noticed you were using the book made by Deitel. That is what my Comp Sci class is using also. It came with JCreator I definately think you should check it out, just pull out the cd.
Just curious. What did you think of the book. I honestly didn't like it. I much preferred Beginning Java by Ivor Horton. I felt he explained it more extensively and logically.
