I was reading crazykid48x post about a programming contest and i noticed his signature was written in the so called l33t. So I started working on this program to translate l33t talk to normal english talk and here's the beta1:
[exe] http://www.cheaito.com/programs/l33talk.exe [src] http://www.cheaito.com/programs/l33talk.zip here's some l33t to get you started: |_33–|– 4 /\/0\/\/ 0n ! @m 7@1k!n6 1!ke 7h!$. What do you think? |

seems fair. Try to implement it in a web based language.
Here's some more that translates ok 3><|_|53 |\/|3, 1'|\/| |_00|<1|\|g |=0|2 |=|23|) 1|\| 7\/\/0-0-|=0|_||2. 1 4[]\/[] 50 |=|_|[|<1|\|6 |_337 |

OpenLoop, that would be a great addition to PFO as a post filter...

That was fast.
I just updated mine, I'm testing it against the sentences at http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=L337 and it works on all of'em. |

ahem... I did mine in php. One problem, it cant always translate correctly, for instance:
6= g or b 4= A or for 1= I or L 2= to or R and im sure theres many many more

i believe this is the current standard in this area http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/text/leet.php
although this only goes from normal to 1337, although it allows you to specify the "1337ness" of the text entered, which is pretty badass. --b£00Ðn1nj4 edit: just checked yours out, pretty damn cool man! only problem i had with translating my name was that it saw '1' as 'i'. by definition, since "leet" is called 1337, shouldn't '1' be 'l'? anyway, cool prog, i'm gonna hang onto it. must've been difficult considering 13375p34k is so damn unstandardized.
