u = you
ur = you're (or your)

as for the other words, run it against a grammar checker

Everyone hates Bill Gates, but none of you youngsters would have SEEN a computer, much less been playing with 'em, if IBM and SOME Bill Gates hadn't come out of the woodwork. Certainly, ATT, Berkeley, even Apple, all those people, were not attempting to make any kind of personal world market. Some had a tad of personal-niche vision, the rest had visions of commercial, not personal, success.

OK, why's ol' Billy hated so much anyway? He created an operating system that allowed ordinary people like you and me to work these buggers we call computers. His office suite is second to none, and his IDE is fantastic. Windows Xp's crashed on me roughly four times in about two years. Sure, it's not the best OS around by any means, but it makes things easy to do for the average user. So he's rich - so what? Stop bitching and get yourself a real job - you might actually make some money you can compare to his without me choking on my beer that way.
