Post Changing Top properties in Access

Is anybody knows how I can change Top property for text or labels by writing VB code.
I tried:
If txtText1 = 5 Then
txtExample.Top = 0.7396
Else
txtExample.Top =1.6042
End IF

No matter what value I put it goes to the top of the page.
