Let user enter anything

Hello i am making a program that the user has to log in, but i dont know how ot make the Command2.Enabled = True without having

If Text1.Text = "hello And Text2.Text = "world" Then
Command2.Enabled = True

I you know how to leat the user input sumthign like a and j and the Command2 will still be enabled plesase lewt me know. Thank You

what language are you using/intend to use? Also a program where the user can enter anything seems like it could potentially be dangerous or buggy.
