I am knew to PHP and MYSQL, HTML etc. I do understand some programming and I was wondering if there were any good reference manuals for code and functions out there. I mean sometimes I forgot how to program the easiest lines out there. I am looking for some good syntax reference books (pdf or other) for PHP and MYSQL and HTML.

For HTML, I don't think you can beat www.yourhtmlsource.com. And for PHP, PHP and MySQL Web Development is a great book, and apparently so is PHP Cookbook.

php.net has a plethora of examples as well for PHP... mysql examples are scattered across the net... i dont have a link at the moment, but I'm sure google will return thousands upon thousands of links.

Php cookbook is a great book, i have it in electronic format. Also php.net has get manuals up on the web here. Evil Walrus is another good site too. There are lots out there.

Web Monkey is what i used to get going with HTML and CSS as there are a load of cheat sheets up there
