Why did you join Programming Forums?
Well, the title says enough.. why did you join programming forums? I hope this thread doesn't exist already
 I joined because I just came back to devshed after a few month not having posted, and noticed DaWeI had been banned. |

I wanted to be able to speak with other people who like to program. I googled "Programming forum" This came out as the first (and best
) link.

I joined because my fiance is Infinite Recursion, and I consider myself "stupid" when it comes to this kind of stuff. I don't really post much, but am more of a lurker. I read a lot of the posts so that I can try to figure out some of the programming terms and such so that I can TRY to hold somewhat educated conversations with IR, seeing as how this programming stuff is not only one of his hobbies, but his occupation as well. I want to be able to communicate with him intelligently about what he does every day, and reading this forum MAY help me out with that...

Wow, I'm truely lucky
I appreciate you taking the time out to learn things that I am interested in... means a lot to me... you better get back to work before the students start a riot I joined just to interact with people of like minds, also to keep in touch with what the current students are doing and the new technologies... in order to maintain a competitive edge.
