Flow chart and pseudocode assignment

Can anyone show me how this assignment would be written in pseudocode and a flow chart?

Assignment 1

Your manager at Sosa Oil has asked you to write a program that calculates net pay for an hourly employee. You will be given the name, pay rate and hours worked. You must calculate the state withholding (7%), federal withholding (22%), and Social Security (7.5%). You should display the net and gross pay rates, as well as each of the different taxes.

Create a solution to this problem. List each step you should go through in the proper order.

Thank you

JimR

I have a better idea. You do your own homework, and we'll offer help and constructive criticism where we can.

What a shame

What a shame I was hoping I could count on someone to help me get started. If I wanted a big daddy I would have said so. Sorry to waist your time in the rely you sent me. Go back to your beer and TV set.

hehe, nobody seems to get it. Maybe we should ask Big K to consider changing the PF banner. Instead of just 'Programming Forums', something like 'Programming Forums: We Don't Do Your Homework", with the part about the homework in glaring red.

No, he is just coming in here and expecting us to write pseudo-code with flowcharts for him

Big daddy? LMAO that means something different than his intention where I'm from... :p

JimR, feel free to go grab Dia or Kvivio and start making the flow chart yourself. If you get stuck, come back. Ooble's just as nice as the rest of us, probably nicer, but you really can't possibly expect people to do your work for you, can you?

Thank you for your support

Thanks for the reply, but this is not a home work assignment for this class. It was an assignment that I had found from a previous semeter class. I was hoping to get a jump on my class by doing this. You may say ya right and I would understand. I am a newbie and you don't know me. I read the first 2 chapters of this class which is all about flow charts and pseudocode, but don't seem to understand what to call the processing symbol for the assignment that I show you here. The book starts out with a number doubling program that uses compute calculatedAnswer as an input number. I've never programmed before as I'm sure you can tell. Maybe this assignment is way out of line with the book structure I'm using in the first two chapters.
Maybe this assignment is a lot of work for anyone whether a programmer or a newbie like me. I thought that a programmer may be able to write this as easy as writting his name and address. Sorry if I was asking to much.
Anyway I do appreicate your time and the respect that you show, others on this forum might try this more civillized manner of speaking to people.

Thanks again

JimR
