Yeah, but i believe it is best for Verb to learn python first, or at least just get comfortable with it before changing languages.

Python rox.

Thank you OpenLoop ,Snae ,Cerulean,ColdDeath ....I owe a lot....
I made up me mind I will learn Python First since it is suitable for beginners but this is until I understand the basic concepts of programming.
This article has provided me with some useful info :

http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/hacker-howto.html

It recommends python first.....take a look at it.

Now You don't have to listen to me about how superior Java is to Python, but how does 4000 open positions for a java developer in the United States alone sound like? then go to CareerBuilder.com and search for Python and you get 250 positions. Maybe things are different in the UK but last time I checked, (4000 > 250) returns true.
The truth is that 4000 vs 250 is simply a reflection of how many more Java programmers it takes to write the same program! Badmouthing Python shows a staggering amount of ignorance.

If you think Bittorrent is cool, wait til you see Azureus which was written in java.
How about Eclipse one of the best IDEs out there, written in java.
I guess Java can be cool as well.
Google is written in Python WOOT, well you can't compete with that.

We're talking about what language will be best for verb, not business.
There are indeed many Java openings these days. The business I work for highly gains from the fact that I program with Python as it means rapid, portable development. Personal opinion, personal experiences. I'd just like to point out that Python is increasingly a hot skill these days, used extensively by Google, iD software, NASA, CCP (creators of EVE online), etc..

and out of nowhere, Cerulean jumps me with his false advertisement and starts bashing Java and degrading it in front of the almighty Python.
You're having a laugh, aren't you? You degrade my argument and don't provide any insight into why it's a "false advertisement". You didn't answer my question as to how Java is a more powerful language - you then try to remedy the fact that you cannot by stating it's an opinion. That "Java is more powerful" statement does not read like an opinion, it reads like a fact.

*politely requests the reasoning behind this opinion*

You're only allowed one PUBLIC class per file but you can have as many private classes as you want to be used within that file.
Precisely. The focus was on the inflexibility, and my argument stands in that regard.
