Thumbs down Custom Encryption decryption Security validation and Custom Hashcode generator

Almost all encryption , hashses are traceable , leaving no option but to build custom methods from scratch. Atleast until i reveal it by some way , or by disloyalty

It is very simple , text is changed in a number of ways, you can change the sequence for e.x Hex or base64 or just rounds count

Although in Csharp, but can be copied to Java or VB by changing the embedded statements

Bullshit. Where security usually fails is in the key management or just generally not following best practices. Building custom methods from scratch is a VERY BAD idea. If you are not a security expert, you should stick with the industry standards and best practices, they are widely used for a reason.
