Comment this code 8086

Hi, i'm new to assembly . I installed emu8086 and i noticed some tutorials.
One of them is called Led display test, it's interesting, but can anyone help me with // adding comments in code, i must now how it is working. Here is the code, thanks:

Your code-snippet allready has comments in there

Comments start with a semi-colon.
