In our company we use following directory structure for project maintanance:

Include
Project1_Includes
Project2_Includes
Project3_Includes
...
Source
Project1_Sources
Project2_Sources
Project3_Sources
...

We use Visual Studio 6 and Visual SourceSafe. We want to use Visual Studio NET.
But NET don't put our include files under source control because they are located
above projects' directories. Is it possible to setup environment to keep our old
directory structure somehow?
