seeking generate path algorithm

i have a a list of component which located at specific coordinate ,
i would like to find a path that can travel all point with minimum cost...

but no double travell which mean cant travell the same node twice

start point and end point is no matter, as long as i can travel all point with minimum cost ......

how i can do that ..

any one can provide me the ideas??

Floyd's algorithm. And google is your friend. Post specific things you do not understand/have problems with.
btw, you posted virtually the same question before but evidently did not care to look at the links and got side-tracked with OpenLoop's joking comment.
My best advice is to work it out on the paper.
Show some effort or ideas
