Does anyone know of some good sources for Windows Application programming? Also would it be worth while to get a book for C++ if most of my limited programming knowledge is in C. From what I have seen so far the variable definitions and function calling, especially loops, seem to be different from the two. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

windows programs can be (and have been) written in C. You don't need knowledge of c++, but it is required if you want to use some of the many 3d party libraries or MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) :Here is a good tutorial to get you started. You will want to buy a book or two for more advanced programming.
