Have fun with that. Again, I have to do that with the network administrator in my school. He doesn't like getting me coffee, but he does it. :p

before i go back to university i am making a server up at home and putting my music and my films onto it, so anyone in the house can get at it all easily, without having to have the physical media, so they better make me damn coffee or only i will have access to the server

The older you get the more you will realize that your parents are not as dumb as you thought they were. Just because parent(s) may not understand computers doesn't mean they are ignorant. You should have more respect for the people that brought you into this world.

Oh, I respect my parents - if I don't, I get a beating. I admire them. But I don't let them fiddle with my computer.

I have no respect for my parents, they are ignorant morons who don't understand (not only computers) but everything else in life. Which has pretty much made me figure out everything for myself, which i guess isn't bad. It probably taught me how to think... mostly i think programming did that though.

Wow, what an ungrateful child. I'm glad you're not mine. You must be a (insert word here) in life. Anywho, how did it go from compiling in windows to talking about parents
