I created a new site, like scriptlance, rentacoder.. those of you who've been to those know what kind of website i own. Its http://www.searchlancer.com

Its brand new, and I am open to any comments you might have, or suggestions.

Its Freelance Jobs site, webmasters post projects, and programmers bid on them..
if we do not have programmers to bid, then there is no point in having a site.
So if you are looking to get some money.. register at http://www.searchlancer.com
As soon as webmasters will come and post projects, you will have projects to bid on, and will have a chance to get some money if you are chosen.
We have lower fees comparing to other freelance sites, its 0% or $0 whichever is higher. Thats right, you dont have to pay anything when you get chosen, only Webmasters get charged when they post projects. If you know and freelancers, or people who need some programming done please refer them.

A couple of suggestions: first of all, the title is grammatically incorrect. Try something like "Making it easy to get the job done." Secondly, when having the user change his/her password, they should have to enter their current password, and the new one twice. Other than that, I love it.

Shouldn't this read 0% or $0?

Also, down at the bottom of the FAQ, IE renders the links incorrectly. There are several odd characters between the links.
There were a few other typos, but otherwise, the site looks clean and efficient.
