I highly doubt it.
there are programs out there that generate code based entirely on visual design but it is usually very limiting and the code it generates is weak

dude you smoking.

you cant make a program with a no code program piece of crap, it's not even considered a program if you dont do any programming.
and if your that lazy that you dont even want to learn how to program and want to use some cheap shit instead this is not the place, because here we talk about the Programming, so stuff your too lazy to do.

But if you want to do minimum(sp?) you can use, like someone else said, Visual Basic or visual C++.
even with Python you can use boa consricter or something.
but that just create the user interface for you so there's a bit less programming to it.

using flash isn't programming either, it's all visual. To make flash do anything "under the hood" you have to learn action script. You can never escape programming no matter what you want to do.

Quite incorrect. My grandmother does not have to program anything when she fires up Microsoft Word on her eMachine.

i dont know about you guys but i like to make my own code. I do use some help like a visual designer but just to design the interface.
Think about it this way:
i like to make my own hamburgers but i'd rather buy the buns instead of backing them myself.
