Hey, I'm running apache 2 and the previous version of PHP (the one before 5.0) and all I did was unzip the new PHP 5 archive and replaced it with all the files of the old php archive under drive c:\. Now all of my php files and won't work and I keep getting an internal server eror on my server. Does anyone know what I need to change around. No big rush, the server is just for testing and expanding my learning, but if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. Thanks

Maybe You need to install it to your apache directory where your website resides (i.e. htdocs or whatever) That's just my suggestion.

Yeah, I didn't change anything in the conf file, but I just deleted my whole apache config, and started fresh. Now everything is up and working. Thanks though

Yeah, I spent a week trying to fix it, and 10 minutes wiping everything, reinstalling and backing everything up.
