Linux Help Websites

well, one of the best forums... www.linuxforums.org
I am a member in this forum

Similarly, I would like to mention one more website where I am member. However, this is more often used by me because, there is more hierarchy regarding different sections and distributions....

LINUXQUESTIONS.ORG

(well, it is also available as a forum for linux on Redhat's website)

Your choice....u may add this or u may not...

Thanks for the links, I'm planning to install Linux on my old machine very soon and I'm sure these links will come in handy as I've never used Linux before.

Regards,
Yuneek

I don't quite understand. You want a better hiearchy, or do you want a Linux section. If you want a better hiearchy, perhaps you could give us some detailed suggestions about how you would set it up, so we know what you have in mind.

Well, there is a ordered grouping of things of linux related questions and discussions at linuxquestions.org and Linuxforums.org also has it,
(it is no less) and even I use that forum (though not frequently!!). Perhaps, I joined linuxforums.org first and then was surprised to see redhat's website having the link for linuxquestions.org and then even joined that forum.

Well, nothing needs to be changed here or there (linuxforums.org) but ideas cud be just taken and linuxforums.org could be modified slightly if required. Depends on who is designing and maintaining linuxforums.org and feedback received by users over there.
