You should do it, all you have to do is become good friends with them and then start flirting with them. If they return the favor and flirt back then you ask them out (assuming they don't have a boyfriend or anything).

Just follow the following formula to see if you are compatible with this girl...

There is an absolute value function for that reason my friend... i'm the same age you are, going out with an 18yr old is acceptable. Do it.
So since your age is less than or equal to 4 that means that you should follow the next steps in my code :-D

So do i man, it's just a part of life. Everybody gets that way wether they realise it or not.
Here's what you do, pick a good movie and call her up and ask her if she would like to go see it with you. If you have a good time, at the end of the night ask her if she wants to go out with you. At the end, if it doesnt work out... you saw a hell of a good movie in the process
