What? Canadian English to US English?
The best tool is somebody who can speak the Queen's English, that way everybody is happy.

Take your computer to Tim Horton's for a double-double and a pack of timbits, then give it some Molson Canadian, put a toque on it and put it in the freezer.
It'll start speaking "Canadian" in no time, eh? What exactly do you mean by "canadian english" as opposed to "US English"?
