Running .exe file in another system

Have a nice day!

I created an vb.net application using mysql as the back end. I developed the application in windows XP. After packaging the application. I installed the .exe file in another system. Some system it installed successfully and run it successfully. But some other system it install successfully but it is not run the .exe file. What is the problem for that.

Give the solution for that problem....................

u must install the frame work in the system before u intall exe
