I fixed the problem, WinMysqlAdmin wasn't starting succesfully, but after some reinstallation and restarting, I fixed it.
If anyone runs into this problem again, tell them to start WinMysqlAdmin, and see if the traffic icon at the bottom of the screen is showing the red light, or the green one. green = WinMysqlAdmin starting fine. red = WinMysqlAdmin not starting service.
