err lols.... Now we switched to DirectX. 2 more programmers joined the team, and they thought we should use DirectX. The on person who wanted to do OpenGL started to learn DirectX and now we are going with that I think...

Well, if your coders prefer DX, go with that. Just remember Linux and Mac users won't be able to play it.

Ya but the Mac and Linux community there aren't much gamers. If we become popular we will start coding for mac/linux users.

haha well once again we changed our mind. But this is the last time, we will mainly focus on DirectX for Windows, but also tempest will be doing doing the linux programming as well.

I suggest you take one or the other - using both will lead to bugs and dodgy code. Even professional vendors go with one of the two. id Software use OpenGL; Valve use DirectX. You choose.
