I have no programming knowledge whatsoever, however I do learn very fast. Here is my question. I need a program/script (I don't know the difference) that will move or simulate movement of my mouse cursor for 2 or 3 seconds every 5-10 minutes.

In other words my computer will be on and I will be away but I want this program/script to move my mouse preferrably random every 5 -10 minutes. I need this so that some software will not disconnect me for inacctivity while I am away.

Any suggestions on what kind of programming langauge would be most suited for this task? Any suggestions on where to start learning that language (book,tutorial,internet research etc...).

I would look more into how to hook into the other program and change the "timeout variable".

I cant do that I dont want to mess with that program at all. It is an internet poker client and I just want to not time out. I think they have small messages that pop up every 30 minutes or so. If I could just find a way to click that message OK that would work too.

If its just a web based thing that's easy as hell. Post a link to the poker client in the client-side programming part of our web design forums and im sure somebody can hack something up.
