I would vote for the "human factor" being the worst weak point in any given system

Mos def. As kurifu said, people won't remember arbitrary passwords...and create their own that are usually based on (if not just) dictionary words...easily cracked.

/me shrugs.

Hey, my password's based on a couple of dictionary words! You just don't know which language...

It wouldn't be very difficult to have a composite dictionary of several languages and half-and-halfs to run your password "through the garden". But the likelihood that an individual is targeted is fairly remote... you stand more of a chance with a random IP address that is in a targeted sequence.

What about languages that don't use the Latin alphabet? Because mine doesn't, so there's several ways of spelling things...

Languages that don't use the Latin alphabet would be an exception in this instance; however, where there is a will, there is a way.

Oh, and one of the words is spelt slightly wrong, according to common spelling of it.

I always have at least 6 or 7 non alpha characters in my passwords. Throws one more monkey wrench into who ever is trying to guess em.

My other password's long and consists of letters, numbers and random symbols. And it's all logical, in a weird kinda way.

Some of my passwords are complex (on production systems), while others are stupidly easy (on development systems).

Regardless of complexity guys, if someone wanted in bad enough and had the right "tools"... they'd simply come on through. Do you all agree?
