Hi, I have just recently started to build a website, and there is a severe problem with my CSS that needs addressing before I can really make any further progress. I'm kind of a novice at HTML, so I got some CSS from a free site, and uploaded it. The site displays EXACTLY the way I want it to in Firefox, but whenever the page is loaded in Internet Explorer, it screws up something awful.
Basically, my search bar up the top goes on top of my border, when I want it to go under, and the ad column on the right is cut off. If this was not annoying enough, the biggest glitch is somewhere in the column length setting for IE. Scroll up and down on any page of the site, and suddenly everything below the site header is shunted down about 20 pages, leaving the rest completely black.
My site-in-the-making is
http://online-reviews.we.bs
The CSS can be found at
http://online-reviews.we.bs/style.css
If anyone could tell me exactly what to do, or preferably send me an edited copy of the CSS, I would be very greatful!
EDIT: I also noticed some references to Opera, but as I do not have this browser, I cannot check if it displays correctly. If anyone has Opera and is willing to check my site, that would also be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely, Obsidian Age.
