Exclamation Web 2.0 Business Project

My project involves PHP and MYSQL programming with some AJAX but that's not strictly necessary. Some Google API integration is involved but this is fairly simple and straightforward. It's a unique idea and for Web2.0. I seek coders who would like to invest their time and effort into the project in return for a stake in the project. What I mean by a stake is a percentage of the value of the business, which will be calculated depending on the level of involvement. You will also be listed as a programmer on the projects About Us page so you will get credit for your work. What you need to do is decide if you think the project is worth your while and if you have the skills to work on it. I have also offered all people involved a paid account for free so they can use for themselves.

The kind of programming that is required right now it basic account creation forms and insertion into db, password resetting, secret question password resetting, a heavy amount database access for user as they are loading up videos and pictures, purchasing of graphics and adding comments to them. The data is retrieved into a heavily formatted html environment, which includes iframes and layers (accessed via javascript). You also need to be able to set and track session variables using a database. You would also be responsible for testing to ensure everything loads correctly and behaves as intended.

At the moment, the freebies section is almost complete, and the purchased section will largely rely on this code so you will also need to be comfortable with reading other people's code. The free search section (which includes the Google API) is also almost completed except for some changes. There is another paid section for a different service, which has not been started. There are lots of different aspects you could choose from to do.

I do need you to sign a commercial in confidence agreement before I can tell you very much or direct you to the site. All of my investors and advisors have signed one. It protects the intellectual rights of the project and ensures that the projects attracts genuine investment either in the way of cash or services. I can send you one, you can have a look at it, decide if you want to sign it and if you do then I can disclose more information about it. It does not bind you to do any work.

The projects needs as much help as possible and I would actually rather have programmers who have a vested interest working for the project then me hiring people to code on it which I have done in the past. If this is something, which you think you can help with, I really hope you consider being involved.
