allow .jar uploads
I request that jars be added to the file types allowed for uploading. I know I can just rename the file extention but jar is a native java tool and is very handdy for distributing java programs and code.

Note that there are no extensions relating to executables on the whitelist. Adding "jar" is equivalent to adding "exe." Jar files use the zip format, but with a different extension and additional metadata. On most Windows systems I've seen they can be run with a double click. If you're intention is to distribute source code, ZIP makes more sense. There's not much utility for posting executables here.
