thats some obfuscated code, it's meant to be hard to read - near impossible to comprehend (unless you wrote it)

It's a spell checker. It checks whatever w equals. It's actually a joke though.

That script is an excercise in "obfuscation". A useless method of making your program impossibly difficult to read.

This is what the "real" program looks like, the unobfuscated version:
