Networking with c++
Hello to everyone!
I am doing a little research the last few days trying to find some resources on how to create programs in C++ using the network. I am all the time getting to dead ends or to a big amount of code which i am not able to understand. What I really want is some pointers to simple commands like for example how to ping a local host or foreign using the WAN, how to use something like net send command and stuff like that. I 've tried the system command but since it is used only with consts it isn't of great help for me. I am working on a Macintosh platform with Mac OS 10.4 and programming with xCode creating command line utilities UNIX based. Thanx in advance people ! |

Re: Networking with c++
Look for the Beej socket/network programming tutorials via Google.
