How to keep specific file ext from executing...
Anyone have any ideas?

Unassociate that file with the program it opens with. Maybe hidden the file?

For example... I'm tired of people watching videos on my computer. So I would like to be able to stop all avi files from opening. I could unassociate the file with the prog... but they can just use "Open With..."

Remove the extension. Maybe password protect? There are programs that you can associate a password to.

This isn't for a specific file. It's for any video that is on my computer. I don't want any of them to open. Removeing the ext is out of the question and so is passwording them.
