Road Rage
So I was out on a driving lesson with my mother and I had a guy in a blue mustang on my right corner. He was so close to the corner that I decided to slow down and wait for him to pass rather than cut him off. He was still pissed at me for even having my turn signal on though that he swirved into me and drove me off the road and gave me the finger. I didn't get mad back since I'm not an angry person. We ended up pulling into same parking lot and I wanted to talk to him and apologize but he seemed like the kind of guy that would have a gun or a knife in his car. I don't understand why he got so mad though. My intentions were not malicious in any way. I was actually trying to avoid cutting him off. Thankfully my car didn't suffer any damage. I was worried I might damaged the tires or the oil pan because he pushed me to the left on to the median. I wish a cop was there. I have the feeling that a teenage boy and his mother driving a tiny little Civic would have been spared any tickets compared to this big fat guy with a goate in a blue Mustang. What do you think? Anything like this ever happen to you?

I was crossing in a crosswalk when a guy turned the corner and hit me. (Slowly, thank goodness.) When I peeled myself off the hood and hobbled to the corner, he flipped me the bird and drove off. Seems like I never have an RPG when I need one.

There is a crosswalk at a major intersection that I was crossing once that gave a right turn signal and the white walk guy at the same time. I think it might have been improperly configured. Needless to say it was pretty pointless since it was impossible to cross when it said to, so I just crossed when it was red and no cars were coming. I could see how such a situation could happen to you.
I think it's an unwritten law of the road: A cop will always come out of nowhere if you run through a yellow because you were unable to stop or when you are going 5 mph over the speed limit, but is no where to be found when you get screwed over by another driver. |

The worst is those biker gang people. There all such assholes. MOST motorcycles riders are terrible on the road. I say most because I do know a few who are very responsible. But once I don't even know what I did and one biker guy flipped me the finger, and I have no clue why.
On another note, I almost hit one of em one day. It was horrible, couldn't have really gone any worse unless I had have hit him. I don't know if he was speeding, or it was dark, but it was the glare from the sun and I just didn't see him or what. I was making a left turn onto a side street off a busy street (tehre was a bit of a hill where he came from). Anyways, I went to make the trun, and didn't realize how close he was from me until he zoomed by my window, I thought he came from where I was turning into. Anways, I looked over my shoulder to see him ride off. AS he moved away there was a cop sitting right on the corner looking to turn. Saw the whole dam thing. She barely had to put her lights on, I'd already pulled over to the side of the road. I couldn't believe it: First night on the job doing delivery, still had an Alberta lic, Not on the insurance, not my car, not high, not drunk, not listening to music, paying attention, and turns out I didn't have my seatbelt on. I was shocked. Anyways, She let me off, She seemed understanding. She could have taken my lic away with two tickets, and I would have been done. She let me off scott free and said I need to spend more time looking at the road and less time looking for the house. I completely agreed. Anywho, I thanked her and went on my way. She did the righ thing in my opinion, I didn't mean too, and I am usually a very safe driver and always have my seatbelt on (she caught me the on time i didn't have it on). Drove with both hands on the wheel and both eyes on the road for like the next two weeks. As I had said, If I had of hit him, I wouldn't have had an excuse. I honestly just didn't see him coming. Not that he would have been understanding or anything. |

Hmmmmm. Some of the nicest people I know are the "mean" bikers. It's the phony bikers, out of their law-offices for the weekend, that don't know what they're doing. I don't suppose, if this guy had nearly run over you, that you would have flipped HIM the finger?

When I went to get my license, I was doing everything as perfect as I could've asked myself to. Then I get to this one intersection, and it was clear when I looked so I just went. All of a sudden this one fuck comes speeding around the corner. I think real quick "stop or keep going", and I decide to keep going, otherwise I'll be in the middle of the road.
Well it turns out that stopping in the middle of the road was the right answer... I failed because the other idiot almost hit me. So it's my fault that some people like to go around corners going 80? |

@ Dawei - I probably would have. Like I said I wouldn't have had an excuse, and I would have lived up too it had I have hit him.
@ Komodo - They probably failed you because you weren't a defensive driver. It doesn't matter if the guy was coming around the corner at 80. I see people do it all the time. Your right, it would be their fault. The fact is, if they give you a license, and you arn't a defensive driver you could be in a lot of accidents, even if it wasn't your fault. |

That was you? Terribly sorry -- I mistook you for Richard Simmons.

I also hate stoplight racers. They think they are so cool because they can rev their engine really loud. People make jokes about Porche drivers having the small penis, but I think these guys suffer from micropenis (real condition, you can look it up on Wikipedia. Warning: It contains images, NSFW). Your engine may be louder, and your car may be faster, but you still have to obey the speed limit and you still have a small penis. There is no limit however to pleasing my partner with my gigantic tool! Although I see nothing wrong with spending money on a nice car if you can afford it. The arrogant attitude is the crap part. I don't see why people are such bitches to people just because they own nice things. How do you think starving homeless kids in Africa would feel if they saw your crappy apartment and old car. They'd see you in the same light. Hell, Bill Gates seems like a really nice guy I'd like to hang out with. Chat about computers and make Windows jokes. =P Uhhh... I missed the joke. Do you have something against Simmons because (no offense) that wasn't funny? Seems out of character for you to make such a joke. |
