VHDL: SRAM model?

EverLearning Hobbyist Programmer Join Date: May 2005 Location: Indiana Posts: 130 Rep Power: 4	VHDL: SRAM model? Hello everyone, does anyone know a good VHDL file archive or link to a working SRAM model, something more or less basic; tri-state bus would be nice for DataBus, but i can deal with separate buses too.
