What types of projects? Your grasp of grammar and spelling don't lead me to believe you're that professional, so a bit more info could go a long way in getting you the help you're looking for.

The type of projects that my team mainly deals with are, web scripts and script editing. The scripting is dependable on PHP and Mysql, with a little ASP programming on the side. So far we do not deal with other programming languages at this time. Although their is room to expand our projects, when we find qualified programmers that can be trusted.
