Hi,
It was a while ago that i started to learned VB. Then i moved onto VBA for my own personal needs. Now, what is there that can't be done with VBA that can be done with VB? Thanks |

well you can do pretty much anything with VB, with vba you have to stick with apps that deal with the document that you are working on, have it be excel, word, access and what ever else uses vba. so that makes VB more powerful them VBA cause you can create complete stand alone apps with VB
![]() and there are some commands and stuff from vb that dont work in vba i cant think of them off the top of my head if i remember what they are i will let you know ![]()

VB Script is fairly restrictive. The only time that I would personally suggest using it is within MS Office applications where you don't need the VB 6 / VB .NET overhead.
